Specifications side by side

How to choose the right one

1. Check the sprayer style

All three GIMILI models feature a pull-down sprayer. This design allows you to extend the faucet head directly over the sink basin. It provides better reach than fixed heads for rinsing large pots or cleaning the entire sink surface. If you frequently wash bulky items, this feature is essential. You should verify that the hose retracts smoothly. The pull-down mechanism is standard across these picks, so you do not need to choose based on this specific feature alone.

2. Verify control type

Every faucet in this list uses touchless control. This means the water activates via a sensor rather than a manual handle turn. This is ideal for maintaining hygiene when your hands are dirty. You can rinse produce or fill pots without touching the faucet. This feature is consistent across all 3 models. You do not need to compare this spec between them. Instead, focus on how the sensor responds to your movements and whether the auto-shutoff timer meets your needs for efficiency.

3. Assess the finish durability

The finish impacts long-term appearance and maintenance. The top pick offers a gold finish, which requires specific cleaning to maintain its luster. The second option has a glossy black surface, while the third features a matte black coating. Matte finishes often hide water spots better than glossy ones. You should choose the color that matches your existing kitchen decor. Consider how often you are willing to wipe down the faucet. The material construction also plays a role in how well the finish resists scratches and wear over time.

4. Measure the dimensions

Size matters for fitting your sink space. The second model lists specific dimensions: 16.3 inches in height, 8.26 inches in length, and 2 inches in width. You must ensure the height does not interfere with your backsplash or cabinets. The width affects how much counter space the base occupies. The third model is described as 15-inch, likely referring to the spout reach or overall height. Check these measurements against your sink area. Proper spacing ensures the faucet operates without hitting surrounding objects during use.

5. Consider the weight

Weight indicates the build quality and material density. The top-rated gold faucet weighs 3.6 pounds. A heavier faucet often suggests more robust internal components and a solid feel. You should check if the listed weight applies to the entire unit. A lighter model might feel less premium or have thinner materials. While all options are under $150, the weight spec helps you gauge durability. Heavier units may stay more stable during pull-down sprayer use. Compare this spec to ensure you are getting a sturdy fixture for your kitchen.
