Good fit for
This faucet suits buyers who want hands-free convenience for messy tasks. The motion sensor is useful when your hands are covered in food or dirt. The pull-down sprayer with an 18-inch flexible hose helps you reach deep pots and wide sinks. The brushed gold finish works well in modern kitchens that want a warm, spot-resistant look. If you prefer not to touch a handle, this model offers a reliable alternative with standard installation parts included.
Who should skip it
You should look elsewhere if you do not want to buy batteries separately. The listing notes that four AA batteries are needed for the sensor and are not included. You might also skip this if you prefer a matte black or chrome finish, as this specific model is brushed gold. Additionally, if you need a faucet taller than 16.7 inches or one without a motion sensor, this unit does not fit those requirements. Check the color options carefully before purchasing.
Verdict: The JXMMP Brushed Gold Touchless Faucet offers practical hands-free operation and a durable, spot-resistant finish for everyday kitchen use. It is a solid choice for those who value convenience and do not mind purchasing batteries separately.
Key specs for this faucet
Control Type: Touchless
This faucet uses a motion sensor for hands-free operation. You activate the water flow by waving your hand near the sensor. This feature is useful when your hands are dirty or full. It allows for quick start and stop control without touching the handle. Check if your current faucet supports this mode or if you prefer traditional handle control for precise temperature adjustments.
Features: Pull Down Sprayer
The sprayer head is attached to a flexible hose that you can pull out of the faucet body. This design extends your reach to the edges of the sink or into large pots. It often includes multiple spray modes for different cleaning tasks. Compare this to fixed sprayers, which offer less flexibility. Ensure the hose retracts smoothly after use to keep the sink area tidy.
Size: 16.7” tall, 360° rotation
The faucet stands 16.7 inches tall and the sprayer head rotates 360 degrees. This height provides clearance for tall items like pitchers or bowls. The full rotation allows you to direct water anywhere in the sink basin. This is essential for multi-compartment sinks. Measure your sink depth and clearance to ensure this height fits your cabinet space and does not obstruct upper cabinets.
Material: Lead free, rust-free
The internal components are made from lead-free materials to ensure drinking water safety. The construction is rust-free and corrosion-resistant for durability. This protects the faucet from mineral buildup and wear over time. Verify that any replacement parts or supply lines also meet safety standards. Look for certifications that confirm the absence of harmful metals in the water path.
Finished: PVD brushed gold
The finish is a PVD brushed gold color that resists fingerprints and water spots. This coating is durable and maintains its appearance with regular cleaning. It adds a specific aesthetic to your kitchen design. Compare this to chrome or matte black finishes to see which matches your decor. Note that some cleaners may damage PVD coatings, so use recommended cleaning products to preserve the look.

Daily use involves two distinct modes. You can operate the faucet using the standard handle for traditional control. Alternatively, you can use the touchless motion sensor. What You Need To Know
You already know the faucet handles water flow, but consider what else you need for a complete setup. The listing notes that four AA batteries are not included. You must buy these separately to power the motion sensor. Without them, the touchless feature will not work. Check your sink for three holes. The package includes a ten-inch deck plate to cover extra holes, but verify your sink configuration matches this size. Upkeep is straightforward. The PVD brushed gold finish resists spots and fingerprints, so you can wipe it clean with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads that might scratch the coating. This faucet fits into kitchens where hands-free operation is a priority. It sits alongside other options in the 1 product guide. Unlike manual faucets, this model adds convenience but requires battery maintenance. Ensure you have spare batteries on hand. This small detail keeps the sensor working reliably. The lead-free construction ensures safe drinking water. You do not need a plumber for installation, which saves time. Just follow the clear instructions provided in the box.
